Front Porch Forum Testimonial Speaks Volumes

Front Porch Forums continue to provide the ultimate member feedback for Cooperatives. TSE Services’ online forums are quick to implement, provide detailed qualitative insight into a wide range of topics and allow cooperative staff to interact with members during the study.

Recently, Megan Noe with Pioneer Utility Resources, interviewed Middle Tennessee Electric Co-op Community Relations Coordinator, Jay Sanders about their cooperatives’ Co-op Community Forum administered by TSE Services. He explains how the co-op's new community forum helps them engage younger members and better serve their community. Within the first week of Middle Tennessee’s Forum, they were able to immediately address outstanding member issues that otherwise would have gone unknown.
