TSE Services is pleased to announce that the 2010 Member Satisfaction Summit “Reaching for New Heights” is scheduled for Wednesday, September 15 through Friday, September 17 at the Raleigh Marriott City Center in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Based on your feedback, this year’s meeting will again focus on sharing Best Practices among our group of "best in class" cooperatives and provide ample opportunities for networking and idea sharing with your peers. We anticipate participation from over 40 cooperatives around the country including Alabama, Colorado, Georgia, Iowa, Indiana, Maryland, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.

Agenda & Call for Presentations
This year's Summit will focus on enhancing member satisfaction in increasingly challenging times! Anticipated topics include enhancing satisfaction in times of rising energy costs, understanding your American Customer Satisfaction Index score and energy efficiency impacts on member satisfaction.

Again this year, we are seeking volunteers from our users’ group to give formal presentations on how they are working to improve satisfaction at their cooperative. We welcome your ideas and look forward to hearing your proposals for these interactive sessions. If you are willing to make a presentation at this meeting, please let us know by Friday, July 16, 2010.

Pre-Conference Workshop
Over the past few years, many of you have indicated an interest in learning more about the contents of your report. In response to your request, TSE Services will hold a pre-conference workshop designed to educate you on the content of your quarterly report. The workshop will be held Wednesday, September 15 from 10:00am to 12:00pm at the Raleigh Marriott City Center.

This year's event will be held at the Raleigh Marriott City Center, 500 Fayetteville Street, Raleigh, NC. Rooms are $137.00 per night +taxes/fees. To insure this room rate, please make your reservation by Friday, August 27, 2010. Hotel rates will increase to $199/night after 8/27/2010!
