2008 MEMBER SATISFACTION SUMMIT REGISTRATION


Please join us for the 2008 Member Satisfaction Summit to be held in Raleigh, North Carolina Wednesday, September 24 through Friday, September 26. The seventh annual Summit will provide member satisfaction practitioners a unique opportunity to network and share ideas with colleagues from cooperatives around the country.

Meeting Location & Accommodations

This year's event will be held at the brand new Raleigh Marriott City Center, 500 Fayetteville Street, Raleigh, NC. Agenda
This year's Summit will focus on enhancing member satisfaction in increasingly challenging times! Anticipated topics include enhancing satisfaction in times of rising energy costs, understanding your American Customer Satisfaction Index score and green impacts on customer satisfaction. A full agenda will be available shortly.

Pre-Conference Workshop - Understanding Your Satisfaction Tracking Report
Over the past few years, many of you have indicated an interest in learning more about the contents of your report. In response to your request, TSE Services will be holding a pre-conference workshop designed to educate you on the content of your quarterly report. The workshop will be held Wednesday, September 24 from 10:00am to 12:00pm at the Raleigh Marriott City Center. If you plan on attending the workshop, please indicate your intentions on the registration form below.

Call For Conference Presentations
Cooperative participation in the Member Satisfaction Summit has been the primary reason for the event's success. If you have an interesting story to share with your peers about something you've implemented at your cooperative to impact member satisfaction, we'd love to hear it in September. Please send an email with your presentation idea to Scott Saff or Chuck Schuler by Friday, July 18th indicating your interest.
