2009 Member Satisfaction Summit

Given the austerity measures being implemented by many or our
organizations across the country, it is with regret that we have
decided to cancel this year’s Member Satisfaction Summit, which had
been scheduled for October 28 – 30 in Raleigh, NC.
The success of our annual get together has always been due to the
high level of interaction among peers, many of whom are restricting
travel this year due to rising energy costs and diminishing margins.
We plan to resume our summit in 2010 and look forward to seeing all
of you then. In the mean time, please accept our apologies and feel
